Allouise Pâtisserie is a locally owned micro bakery by pastry chef Nichole Taylor. She is a busy baker, who simply didn’t have time to build out her brand. Her time and energy was decidedly better spent baking. This is where I came in. I refined Nichole’s idea to a full brand. I also took photographs, built out her website, and created business cards. She is now well equipped with this brand guide to continuing building her business one day at a time.
